Tandoori Chicken

Haweli's Tandoori Chicken is a signature from the restaurant's clay-fired tandoor oven. Whole chicken pieces are marinated overnight in yogurt, lemon juice, and a house blend of spices including cumin, coriander, paprika, and garam masala, then cooked at high heat in the tandoor for that unmistakable smoky char on the outside and incredible juiciness within.

It is one of the most consistent highlights at the buffet and on the à la carte menu alike. Served sizzling on a cast-iron platter with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges, Tandoori Chicken at Haweli is a true showcase of what the tandoor oven can do.
